The Hair Theater Fund at the Columbus Foundation has served women and girls in financial need since 2001.  The fund is distributed through every hospital in Columbus for women and girls who have lost their hair to chemotherapy and require monetary assistance to purchase their wigs.

The oncology nurse can make the referral.
